Yoga
Looking to add a new yoga teacher to your studio's team? Wanting the privacy and specificity of a private yoga session? Looking to schedule a flow session in the park class with friends? Lauren is available for Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative Yoga. In person, or via Zoom.
Group Fitness
Want to workout with your friends? Schedule a group fitness class in the park, on your rooftop, or in a studio! Also available for hire to teach HIIT, Low Impact Cardio, and more at your gym or fitness establishment.
